We aim to send out your ordered items within seven to ten working days. If something you’ve ordered is out of stock we will contact you within three days. A full refund is offered in these circumstances.
CANCELLATION / RETURNS / REFUNDS / EXCHANGES
We offer a ‘no quibble’ returns and refund policy. If you decide you want to cancel an order or return an item for a refund, we will accept that within 14 days of dispatch from our end. Goods will need to be returned in original condition to our office at: Livingstone Media Limited 126 Havelock Road, Wimbledon London, SW19 8HB. If you need to exchange an item, please email or write to us in the first instance so we can confirm we have the item in stock you wish to receive in exchange.

I WANT TO CANCEL AN ITEM OR MY WHOLE ORDER
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the View Cart button. For each item you want to remove, tick the box in the Remove column. Then click the Update Cart button to recalculate the cost of your order.
POSTAGE AND PACKING
We add a postage and packing charge for each item you order, depending on the size and bulk, to your total order: Our online shop calculates this automatically. If you feel the charges are excessive, please contact us, and we will check them. particularly if you are outside the UK we may need to make an extra charge: we will email you and ask for the extra cost of postage abroad.
How long does delivery take? We aim to send items out within ten to fourteen days. We will inform you quickly of any possible delays.
